2. Our Role & Services
Vipay (Ivisha Infotech Pvt Ltd) acts as a technology service provider and payment facilitator. We enable merchants to accept digital payments through partnerships with authorized banking and payment aggregator partners. We are not a bank or payment service provider ourselves, but a platform that facilitates digital payment services.
3. Merchant Obligations
Merchants using the Vipay platform agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and current information during the onboarding process.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Not use our platform for any illegal or prohibited activities.
- Maintain the security of their account credentials and the confidentiality of their data.
4. Partner Banking Relationships
All digital payment collections, settlements, and transfers are handled by our authorized banking partners. Vipay facilitates this process through technology, but the fund movement is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective bank partner.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vipay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. We provide our platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
